TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Entryvent is a cloud-based platform offering end-to-end event management solutions, including registration, ticketing, check-in, badge printing, access control, event websites, mobile apps, lead scanning, as well as on-site rentals and support services. Our office is at Suite 907, Dusseldorf Business Point, Al Barsha 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. By using our Products and Services, you agree to abide by the following agreement Terms (which also incorporate our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and all other terms, policies, and agreements referenced throughout these Terms).

Entryvent reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions for the products and services offered through our platform, including but not limited to the charges. The Organizer is responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms.

 

We will notify you of the changes by:

• Posting the updates through our Products and Services.
• Revising the “Updated” date at the top of this page.
• Sending you an email or message about the modifications.

 

Your continued use of the Products and Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. In certain cases, the Terms and Conditions may be modified for specific events applicable only to you. Such modifications must be documented with a written or electronic Addendum signed by you and an authorized officer of Entryvent.

You understand and agree that Entryvent, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, may terminate your access to the platform or take other actions if Entryvent believes your event has violated the Terms and Conditions, the rights of Entryvent, another user, or the law. Monetary damages may not be sufficient for such violations, and you consent to injunctive or equitable relief. Entryvent may release your information if required by law or subpoena or to address unlawful or harmful activity.

 

If you become aware of any violations by third parties of these Terms and Conditions, please notify us at contact@entryvent.com.

In addition to all other terms and conditions, you shall not:

• Transfer our Products and Services to others.
• Offer services based on Entryvent’s offerings without written permission.
• Share user licenses (except by reassigning to a new user).
• Pretend to be Entryvent or facilitate unauthorized ticket sales.
• Use third-party links or logos without permission.
• Use Entryvent for competition or benchmarking purposes.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices of Entryvent.
• Use Entryvent to send or store harmful software.
• Attempt unauthorized access to Entrvyent.
• Use Entryvent in a way that impairs its resources.
• Use any robot, spider or other automated device to attack Entryvent.
• Transmit false information to harass or deceive for financial gain or harm.
• Violate any applicable laws.

You agree that Entryvent owns or licenses all intellectual property rights in the platform content, including information, data, software, text, design elements, graphics, images, and other content, as well as Entryvent products. The platform and its offerings are solely owned by Entryvent and protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, and other treaties. You may not copy, distribute, display, reproduce, sell, lease, license, transmit, or encumber the platform and its content. Additionally, you may not modify or create derivative works from the platform, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to discover any source code in the platform or related software or database.

By publishing content on Entryvent, you grant Entryvent a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, perform, display, modify, or create derivative works of the content for any lawful purpose. For public events, Entryvent may use your event name, company, and logo for email and social media marketing to enhance your outreach on Entryvent Listing.

 

Entryvent connects companies (Event Organizers) with customers (Event Attendees). By using Entryvent, you agree that your submitted information may be stored and certain details (e.g., banner, event name, company) may be publicly displayed. If someone registers for your events via Entryvent, you grant Entryvent the right to use the personal information provided for crucial event-related communication.

You agree not to post, email, or make available any content through the platform that is objectionable to Entryvent or violates laws and regulations.

 

This includes content that is:

• Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, harassing, or invasive of privacy.
• Harmful to minors in any way.
• Political or critical of any government or municipal employee.
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or involving nudity.
• Anti-Islamic or derogatory towards Islam.
• Racist or discriminatory towards any race, religion, creed, nationality, gender, or group.
• Impersonating another person.
• Containing someone else’s personal information without permission.
• False, misleading, or promotes illegal activities.
• Violating any intellectual property laws
• Promoting illegal or unauthorized copies of copyrighted work.
• Containing malicious software like viruses, Trojans, or worms.
• Involving the transmission of “junk mail,” “chain letters,” or “spamming.”
• Promoting commercial activities without written consent, such as contests, sweepstakes, bartering, advertising, or pyramid schemes.

As an Organizer using Entryvent, you agree to:

 

(a) Provide true, accurate, and complete information during account and event creation.

(b) Maintain and promptly update this information.

 

Events created using Entryvent, whether added by Entryvent or created by Organizers, are the responsibility of the Organizer. Entryvent is not responsible for the content published on the platform or the delivery of events.

 

The organizer is solely responsible for producing, delivering, and paying for the events. Additionally, the Organizer is responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or government-levied fees on ticket sales for events they organize.

 

As an Organizer, you are liable for any damages caused by inaccurate or misleading event information. You guarantee that your content complies with all laws and does not infringe on third-party rights. Entryvent may remove non-compliant content. If your information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, Entryvent reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny future use of Entryvent.

To use Entryvent, an Organizer must create an account on our platform. You are responsible for keeping your password and account information confidential. Notify Entryvent immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach, and log out after each session. Entryvent is not liable for any loss due to your failure to comply or unauthorized access.

Entryvent reserves the right to review the content of all events created by Organizers according to the guidelines outlined in this agreement. While event approval is instant, events that do not follow these terms may be placed under review until modifications are made. Events found to be in violation of the agreement will be deleted from the platform.

Entryvent is not liable for event cancellations or postponements. As we do not hold event proceeds, all responsibilities and liabilities regarding cancellations or postponements rest solely with the Organizer. Any refunds or compensations are the Organizer’s responsibility.

Most Organizers on our platform use the Entryvent Payment Gateway (EPG) to collect registration proceeds from customers. Should you choose an alternative payment gateway (third-party providers), be aware that Entryvent is not responsible for its processing fee, terms and conditions, or any delayed or missed payouts.

 

EPG: When using EPG, Entryvent acts as a limited payments agent, processing transactions on your behalf through our Payment Processing Partners. We process the total value of tickets and other items customers purchase for your events. In return, you will pay us a processing fee for each transaction.

 

Advance Payouts: Organizers using EPG will receive event proceeds in advance, minus fees, taxes, and other deductions, on a monthly basis. Our Payment Processor Partners will facilitate the payout to you via bank transfer.

 

Currencies: Event proceeds will be paid out in the same currency they are collected. We do not offer currency conversion services.

 

Responsibility: You must provide accurate account and card details. You are responsible for any losses or expenses due to incorrect information provided to us or our Payment Processing Partners.

Creating an account or listing an event with us is free. However, we charge fees for paid events where tickets can be purchased in bulk for event registrations. Additional fees, such as taxes and payment processing fees, may also apply. Organizers can pass these fees on to customers or absorb them into the ticket price. Consequently, the fees customers pay for an event may differ from those charged to the Organizer. We do not control your bank’s charges, including those for foreign currency transactions and credit cards. Check with your bank to understand all applicable fees, surcharges, and currency conversion rates before purchasing.

Tickets can be purchased in bulk on the Entryvent shop page, with discounts available for larger quantities. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded.

 

As an Organizer, you can change the name, registration details, or email associated with an attendee’s ticket if the ticket has not been sent. Once the ticket is sent, the information cannot be modified, transferred, or deleted.

Entryvent has a strict no-refund policy. As an Organizer, once you purchase a product or service, no exchanges or refunds will be permitted for any reason. By making your purchase, you agree to this condition. Please carefully review your order before making the payment.

 

Customers requesting a refund should contact the Organizer directly. Since Entryvent uses an advanced payout system and does not hold any money, refunds cannot be processed through our system. Consequently, we are not liable for issuing any refunds to customers.

In the Emirate of Dubai, UAE, the Organizer agrees to obtain government permission to sell tickets via the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) system. These permissions must be obtained directly from DTCM and paid for by the Organizer. The Organizer also agrees to pay all DTCM fees related to the event. If the Organizer applies for the permit through Entryvent, we may collect and pay the DTCM fees on behalf of the Organizer. However, the liability for getting the event DTCM-approved remains with the Organizer.

Our Platforms may contain links to other websites and resources provided by third parties for your information only. We have no control over the content of these websites or resources and assume no responsibility or liability for their content.

You agree that in no event will Entryvent be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Entryvent has been advised of the possibility of such damages).

You agree to indemnify and hold Entryvent harmless from any loss, damages, fines, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) made by any third party due to or arising from your use of Entryvent, including linking or uploading content to another site.

Entryvent operates from its offices in the UAE. You agree that any disputes involving Entryvent will be governed by UAE law. Any litigation arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of Entryvent must be brought in UAE Courts without regard to conflict of law provisions.
