Paperless Check-in
Your entire attendee list lives in the system, accessible from any device at your registration area. Staff search, verify, and check in attendees digitally. No clipboards, no printed sheets, no cleanup work after the event. Every check-in updates in real time across all stations simultaneously.
Tailored Station Views
The organiser decides which stations run which view. Set up assisted stations where staff welcome and check in attendees personally, search by name or badge ID, and deliver a VIP arrival. Or set up self-service stations where attendees scan their own QR code ticket and check themselves in instantly.
Attendee Data Verification
Two ways to ensure every attendee's data is accurate before their badge is produced. Staff can review and update a profile directly at the station before confirming entry, or a personalised QR code lets attendees verify and update their own details on their phone, then go straight to the print station.
Onsite Registration
Onsite registration is enabled per device, so only designated cashier stations can accept new registrations. Payment is collected at the point of registration, as cash or by card. Once registered, the attendee receives their confirmation, ticket, and invoice automatically by email. Quick Tickets need no form — staff select a ticket type and the badge prints immediately.
Badge Printing
Because badges print on demand, nothing is prepared in advance. Attendees always receive a badge that reflects their current, verified data. Last-minute changes, corrections at the verification station, and new onsite registrations are all handled seamlessly. Print via Bluetooth thermal printer on iPad, or a standard printer connected to a laptop.
Check-In Emails
Trigger a customised welcome email automatically the moment an attendee is checked in. Share event information, session reminders, venue maps, or any content relevant to their ticket type. No manual send required — it fires on check-in and lands in their inbox before they reach the event floor. Content is fully customisable per event and per ticket type from your Centra dashboard.
