Frequently asked questions

Do I need to pay anything upfront to start using Entryvent?
Not at all. Get started for free with 200 complimentary tickets, so you can try our platform and launch your events with confidence.
What happens to my unused tickets?
Your tickets never expire and carry over indefinitely. If you buy 2,000 delegates and use 1,400 across your events this year, the remaining 600 are still available for future events.
Can I use my own payment gateway to collect funds?
Yes – you can integrate your preferred payment gateway or use Entryvent’s built-in payment solution with advanced payout system.
Are onsite add-ons charged on my tickets?
No. Onsite add-ons are a separate charge based on the confirmed attendance of that specific event. You pay for the tickets once for online registration, and separately for any onsite operational tools you activate per event.
Do I need an onsite add-on for every event?
No. Onsite add-ons are entirely optional. You only pay for onsite tools on the events where you need them.
Is Entryvent integrated with DTCM (Dubai Tourism) for Dubai events?
Yes. Our platform integrates directly with DET, ensuring every ticket includes a DTCM code to guarantee full regulatory compliance.
How will I be billed for my subscription?
All subscriptions are billed annually. Unused tickets do not expire, and additional tickets are charged at the package’s average price.
What is included in each subscription plan?
Each plan includes a committed ticket volume – 1,000 for Starter, 2,000 for Growth and 5,000 for Enterprise. These tickets follow the same progressive pricing brackets. On top of that, your subscription unlocks a discount of 10%, 20% or 30% respectively on every additional ticket and every onsite add-on you purchase for the full subscription year.
Does my subscription discount increase automatically as I buy more tickets?
No. Your discount is locked to the plan you subscribed to for the full year. If you are on Starter and purchase 3,000 tickets in total, all additional tickets beyond the included 1,000 are discounted at 10% only. The same applies to Growth — additional tickets beyond 2,000 are discounted at 20% only. To unlock a higher rate you need to upgrade your plan.
Can I upgrade my subscription plan during the year?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth, or from Growth to Enterprise, at any point during your subscription year. Once upgraded, the higher discount rate applies to all subsequent purchases for the remainder of the year. Contact our team to arrange an upgrade.
Do unused subscription tickets carry over to next year?
Unused tickets from your subscription do not carry over to the following year. The committed ticket volume and the discount rate are both tied to the subscription period. At renewal, your plan resets with a fresh allocation.
