DTCM e-ticketing approved
HOW IT WORKS
Live in 15 minutes, not six weeks
These are the four steps Entryvent walks you through, not a marketing sequence. No implementation project, nobody to approve it, nobody to book. When the fourth one is done, the money starts.
STEPS ONE AND FOUR
Everything in, then live when you say so
Name it, pin the venue, write your terms and set a capacity. We will never sell past it. Then preview the event exactly as an attendee will see it, while nobody else can. There is no approval queue and no launch call — you publish, and the tickets start selling.
Physical, virtual or hybrid, set up the same way
Capacity is enforced, not advisory
Preview privately, publish when you are ready
Edit or unpublish at any time after going live

YOUR TERMS, YOUR INVOICE
Nobody stands between you and your attendee
On most platforms your attendee agrees to the platform’s terms and gets an invoice with the platform’s logo on it. You are a tenant on your own event. Here everything they see is yours — your branding on the page, the ticket and the receipt, and your TRN on the invoice, because you are the supplier of record. We appear only in the sending address, which says we send on your behalf.
Your terms, written by you, shown at registration
Your refund and payment policy, not ours
Your TRN on every tax invoice
Your branding on the page, ticket and receipt
MORE THAN ONE EVENT
Run ten events without running ten systems
If events are your job, you run several at once, and half of them belong to somebody else. The cost is never the events themselves — it is the switching between them. Every event stays separate, and clients can invite you onto theirs without handing over the keys to everything else.
Every event kept separate, under one login
Clients invite you onto their event, with a role you agree
Duplicate a past event instead of starting over

AFTER YOU PUBLISH
The money is yours from the first ticket
The setup ends at Publish. The reason you did it starts there. Every ticket sells under your name and the revenue is yours, not held on your behalf. Every amount is matched to the attendee behind it, and if you connect your own gateway the money never sits with us at all.
Orders, earnings and payouts in one record
Every payment tied to a named attendee
Export whenever your finance team needs it
Dubai
Running your event in Dubai?
Connect the event to DTCM during setup, and the attendee data you already collect at registration is what gets reported. No spreadsheet, no re-keying, no scramble the week before.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
The event exists. Now put it to work.
Setting the event up is the first thing you do, not the last. Everything below builds on what you configured here.
Ticketing and Registration
Build your ticket types and the registration form attendees fill in, with conditional questions so nobody answers what does not apply to them.
Manage and Track
Once people start registering, every attendee, order, payout and invoice sits in one place, ready to search, filter and export.
Payment Processing
Take payments with our built-in gateway, or connect your own so funds settle straight to your own account.
BEFORE YOU START
The questions people ask before they build
How long does it really take to get an event live?
Do I have to talk to anyone at Entryvent?
Whose terms do my attendees agree to?
Can I change things after the event is live?
What happens if I sell more tickets than the venue holds?
My event is in Dubai. What do I have to do about DTCM?
